Another long weekend, another prairie ultimate tourney. When I was growing up, everyone went camping and partying and drinking for the long weekend; now I throw a disc around while I'm camping and partying and drinking for the long weekend.

The much heralded return of Eric(k)s and the Shady Ladies was one of the biggest stories of the weekend. You can't say enough about that squad; they're fun, the guys are sexy, the girls are sexier, I could go on and on (and the editor would probably let me). Other things that happened: there were inflatable couches at the party that somehow withstood the crush of at least one full team; the Fringe Festival was on the same weekend so downtown was a party; Guy and Leanne's hospitality; the shot of the century occurred during late night croquet at Jason's place; Lawn Party played with only 3 women all weekend and still managed to win; they nearly didn't let CHAOS into the party because no one recognized them in their Goth costumes; the lay out competition; and the first telling of the Legendary Great Grey Elephant Story in at least 10 years.
