The biggest co-ed throw down around. For more info on Potlatch read last year's write-up. It's still the same, and it doesn't get tiring to see that many ulti players having fun together. The only thing which could possibly make Potlatch better would be to make it last for three days...

Saturday was a fine day to be playing ultimate on the left coast, clear and calm, but Sunday brought a more typical western weather pattern. The rain seemed imminent, but held off until the end of the semis. During the final heavy rain added adversity to play. An hour after the games finished the skies cleared, of course.

The big play potential of the finalists kept the sideline crowded; spectators huddled under tarps to shelter from the deluge.
Bullseye was comprised of last years defending champ World Games squad Team USA, plus Canadian heroes Mike Grant and Mark Seraglia. Bullseye defeated Bandwagon II (USA World Cup Soccer squad), a West Coast crew, in their quarterfinal and Sneak Ninja Attach Posse, a Lou Bouruss assembled team in the semi.
Spike was a Carleton Alumni squad with some friends mixed in. Spike knocked off (?) in qaurters and then downed the Wildcats from Vancouver in the semi.
Bullseye took the win and their second consecutive Potlatch title.

Plenty of Potlatch photo action, but all from the A pool playoffs on Sunday, I played all Saturday.
